Blessed Sunday

What a beautiful day today!  Sun was shining bright, the breeze was blowing and church was absolutely AMAZING!  Don’t know about you ladies, but going to church, just renews me.  It makes me forget all my worries, troubles, and fears. Church, reenergizes me, and gets me ready to tackle what this crazy world sends my way.   How great is that?!?!?

Now to Fashion.  I don’t know, but lately I’ve been really into pencil skirts.  I’ve just been loving the look and comfort of them.  You can make them look great, dress them up, or dress them down, and you’ll still look spectacular!!!  Plus, they’re so inexpensive!  Forever21 has some really fabulous ones that I will be sharing with you, as I wear them.

The day started out slightly cool, so I grabbed this sweater I picked up in Forever21, in Las Vegas, and paired it with an old Target pencil skirt and these old Target booties I purchased last October, for like $10.00.  Who would ever know!!

Ladies it’s not about brand, it’s about style!  As long as you have “Style”, you can make anything look good!!!

Have a wonderful, blessed week!

I Love what you said about fashion not being about “brands” . I’ve always believed that too. Btw , You’re blog is so refreshing! I love reading it. So many of the other fashion blogs have the same look over and over and they only talk about brands . I love how you take something from Target and rock it with you’re designer items and it looks so fierce! I’m also a over 40 fashionista. Not as good as you, but you’re teaching me. Lol 😉

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments!!! It really means so much to me, that my followers are enjoying my fashion ideas!!! That’s the reason I decided to start a blog. I didn’t find many, directed towards the over40 Fashionistas. There’s so much we can still wear and still look classy and elegant, and best of all…..it doesn’t have to be expensive!!!!! I just went to Target the other day and found a simple black dress, for $3.56. I can’t wait to blog about that find!!! ❤️❤️

Absolutely loved how you put this very chic look together (as always) I’m also on a pencil skirt passion and have started to dig out some old favs from many moons ago. Pencil skirts are elegant and comfy and always make you look put together. It truly is not about brands, but how you the individual puts your unique look together. Love what you’re doing. Keep up the fabulous work.
