#DIY Project with Fringes and Feathers

DSC_3862

Hola Fashionistas!

Last week I was going through my Instagram feed and came upon a DIY fringed denim project from one of my favorite accounts, @thezoereport.  As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to create this look! Seriously, who isn’t into fringes right now?  And on your boyfriend jeans; simply fabulous!

I purchased the fringes on eBay and came across some feathers, which I had to get. What’s great about this DIY project, is that it’s super easy and doesn’t require much expertise.  If you can handle a glue gun and scissors, then you can create this look.

Picture of all the supplies you will need below and links to where you can find each item to get started. Happy crafting!

Blessings!

Fringes are available in several different colors

My favorite of the two; the feathers (available here)

The feathers were a bit more delicate, two came off as I was hot gluing them….just hot glue them back

These hot glue guns are quite useful

Absolutely LOVING the feathers

A yard was enough for both legs

You’re going to glue the fringes and feathers right along the edge of the hem
