Embrace aging with STYLE…..

Great Tuesday ladies!!!

Woke up, to this wonderful video on my Facebook newsfeed, and I simply had to share with everyone!

These ladies exude class, sophistication, creativity, and elegance.  We should all embrace aging and wear it proudly!  You only live once, so why not dress exactly how you feel.  Wear whatever makes you feel good.  Walk out that door, feeling great about yourself.  Who cares if people look at you strange.  I get those looks all the time, just makes me chuckle!

Like one of these elegant ladies said ” I dress according to my mood, I have to have freedom”!  Dressing up, does make you feel good!  I say, let’s be festive, happy, and bright!!!  I don’t know about you, but on a bad day, dressing up, slipping on a pair of high heels, and wearing a bright red lipstick just makes me feel happy, blessed and fabulous!!

Ladies, let’s embrace it!  Let’s show this FASHIONABLE world, that as we get older, we don’t have to loose our sense of style, or be dull and boring!!!

Hopefully, The Advanced Style Documentary, will be in theaters.  This is one, I will definitely watch!

Blessings!!

This was FABULOUS!!! Loved it! what a fabulous post to find on FB this morning. This is something I’ve been saying for years. Create your own unique style!! Just do you! Age is only a number. For me 50 has been truly fabulous, each year I get more creative, may God bless me with more years. I’m going to crochet the black hat with the points, I love it!!! These women are my hero’s!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful video.

I just LOVE these ladies! I saw a bit of myself, in every single one of them! I know so many people who refuse to say their age and are just plain uptight about aging. I say let it go!!! I am so proud and tell anyone who asks, “I’ll be 50 in May”. Life is just too short, not to enjoy yourself and express yourself.

You my darling are looking great, may God bless you, with many more healthy years!!

I love this video…and love your blog. I was feeling a little bad about turning 40…but I am learning to embrace it. You are such a refreshing inspiration. So beautiful, colorful, and full of life.

Thank you so very much!!! I just love these ladies. I can relate so much with them!!!

Turning 40 was a big thing for me also, but after a while, I did embrace it, and found myself not caring what anyone thought about my style. I love fashion, and I will wear just about anything that looks great, and makes me feel good! I’ll be turning 50 in May, and I’m going to celebrate, and embrace every single bit of it!! I’m going to enjoy my 50’s just as much as I did my 40’s.

Embrace it darling, enjoy it and express yourself!

      Blessings!!!!

Hello, I have to check your blog out!!! That’s what I was thinking before I began my blog. All the blogs I found online, that I liked, were all of young women. I was thinking, “wait, older women can be stylish too”, where are their blogs? Didn’t find many I could relate to. I’ll be 50 in May, and I love fashion and following trends. I plan to continue to do so, as long as I’m able to breath!! What people think does’t bother me, someone will always have something negative to say. Let’s enjoy doing what we love, let’s blog away and represent older women with style!! 🙂
