It seems that all I’ve been blogging about lately has to do with fringes. Seriously though, fringes/tassels are everywhere.
I just had to share this Urban Outfitters find. The color is much lighter in person than in the picture, but still adorable. They are definitely not for the meek, as they scream out “hey look at my shoes,” with all the tassels on them. Express yourself ladies!
