Yesterday, we attended a cool event, of healthy eating, paired with organic wines, hosted by @dkruegerfitness.

This gorgeous husband, and wife team, are founders of DK Fit.  Their goal is to help you eat healthy, and reach your fitness goals.  They sit down with you, create a customized nutritional and workout plan, that works for you, to include weekly check-ins.

We’re not getting any younger, and now is the time to step up and begin taking care of your body.  I don’t know about you, but heck, I want to look fabulous, as long as I can.  Sign me up!  For more information check out their site.

 I shared with my instagram followers, that I purchased this gorgeous summery dress too big.  However, when I went to exchange it, it was sold out.  I decided to keep it, and just wear a belt with it.

I also tied a knot on one side, to make it less flared.  Styled with my fabulous Schutz sandals.

Bellas, the dress is sold out online, but make sure you check your local stores, as many have been telling me they found it there.

Hope everyone has an amazing weekend.  Mine will be low key, as it’s going to be HOT here.  The humidity, is supposed to make it feel like it’s in the 100’s.  I’m grilling and having refreshing drinks.
