🥂It’s time to celebrate. Five years ago today, I started taking Tamoxifen to lower my breast cancer risk (if you don’t know my story, you can find it on my blog).
So here I am today. Just met with my wonderful doctor. Dr. Stan, you’ve impacted my life in so many ways. Thank you.
My mammogram came back fine and I’m done with Tamoxifen. A medication that has made me irritable, forgetful and made my joints ache, among other side effects. I celebrate because overall, I tolerated this medication amazingly well.
I praise and give all the glory to my Savior. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 ❤️ Thank you Jesus #nomoretamoxifen
