Vintage Levi’s 501

Hola Fashionistas.

Lately I’ve been feeling my vintage Levi’s and I’ve been wearing them everywhere. Not only are they super soft, but they’re also very comfortable. I’m all for comfort.

The other day, I found this fabulous pair on eBay. I honestly didn’t need another pair, but I just couldn’t resist. I mean, the rips and tear are all unique on each pair. Perfect excuse.

The pair my husband has on, were actually mine . I found these while thrifting with my daughter, for $5.49. Yes!! They were a great find and unfortunately, my husband loved them, so they are now his.

I love my vintage jean big, so I always size up several sizes. Now that he knows this, he’s been going in my closet, wanting to borrow my 501’s.

If you’re looking to add a pair of Levi’s 501 to your collection, check your local thrift stores. You’ll find the best deals there. You can also find them on eBay, but expect to pay a little more for them. Don’t be afraid to send in an offer, if the seller has the option on their item.

I just found another pair and sent in an offer, for less than what they were asking and it was accepted. My husband will now have another pair, he can call his own.

Bellas, if you have any questions about your vintage, Levi’s 501 purchase, don’t hesitate to ask me.

Many blessings and happy shopping,

I love the look! How do you know what size to buy? I would love to recreate your look, with the baggy sizing but have no idea what size to get. I’m usually a 10 or 12 in women’s jeans and 5’4”. Would you have an idea?

If you go on eBay make sure you read the description, especially the waist inches. Sometimes it will say size 34 but it’s actual smaller. Measure your waist and go by that. The 501 run loose.
